Alien vs Predator – SNES Game

Alien vs Predator for the Super Nintendo is a side-scrolling action game in which you control a Predator fighting through stages overrun by aliens. Play is built around close-quarters combat: you punch, kick and strike with the Predator’s blades, throw enemies, and use ranged attacks against tougher opponents. Stages scroll horizontally through city streets, industrial areas and alien-infested interiors, with waves of facehuggers, drones and larger creatures appearing as you advance. Each level ends in a boss fight against a more powerful alien. A health bar tracks damage, and pickups help you stay alive between encounters. The sprite work draws directly on the look of the two film series, with the Predator’s cloaking and weaponry represented in its move set. Single-player, played in one direction from start to finish.
