Duck Hunt – NES Game

Duck Hunt is a light gun shooting game for the NES, played with the NES Zapper pointed at the screen. Ducks fly up out of the grass and you have a limited number of shots to bring them down before they escape; miss too many in a round and the game ends. A hunting dog flushes the birds out, retrieves your kills, and snickers at you when you come up empty. Alongside the one-duck and two-duck modes, a clay shooting mode sends discs flying away from you into the distance. Rounds get faster as you progress, with the birds moving more erratically and the passing score rising. Play is score-based, with no ending to reach, so the goal is simply to survive as many rounds as possible.
