Milon’s Secret Castle – NES Game

Milon’s Secret Castle is a platform game with heavy exploration and puzzle elements. You play as Milon, who fires bubbles as his main weapon and must work his way through the rooms of a castle. Progress depends on finding hidden passages and items: shooting blocks, walls and lanterns can reveal doorways, keys, money and power-ups, and much of the game is spent testing surfaces to work out where to go next. Shops let you spend collected money on items, while boss rooms guard the way onward. Enemies patrol each area and drain your health on contact, so managing your life meter alongside your search matters. There is little hand-holding, and the layout rewards mapping and experimentation as you unlock deeper floors of the castle.
