Monster in My Pocket – NES Game

Based on the miniature monster toy line, this NES action-platformer casts you as one of two shrunken monsters, the Vampire or the Frankenstein-style Monster, as they battle their way through a world scaled far larger than they are. Because you are only a few inches tall, ordinary settings become obstacle courses: household surfaces, furniture and kitchen fixtures act as platforms and hazards, and rival monsters from the toy range appear as enemies and bosses. Your character attacks with close-range strikes and can pick up power-ups that extend your abilities. Two players can take part together, each controlling one of the monsters. Stages scroll horizontally with platform jumping, climbing and enemy encounters, and each area ends in a confrontation with a larger creature before you move on.
