Pro Wrestling – NES Game

Pro Wrestling is a one-on-one wrestling game for the NES in which you pick a fighter and work your way through opponents toward a championship. Matches take place in a side-viewed ring, and each wrestler has a distinct look and a signature move alongside a shared base set of grapples, strikes, throws and running attacks. Grappling depends on timing your approach and mashing to win the exchange, while pins require your opponent’s stamina to be worn down first. You can also fight outside the ring, subject to a count that will ring you out if you stay too long. Two players can face each other directly. It is one of the earlier wrestling titles on the system, with straightforward controls and short matches rather than deep career management.
