Barker Bill’s Trick Shooting is a light gun game for the NES played with the Zapper, presented as a carnival sideshow hosted by Barker Bill. You aim at the screen and shoot targets in a series of short event types, including balloons and plates tossed into the air and other stunt-style shooting acts, with an assistant on stage throwing objects for you to hit. Each round asks you to hit a required number of targets before running out of misses, and accuracy is rewarded with bonus points. Sessions are quick and score-driven, with speeds increasing as you continue. The visuals use a colourful big-top setting and simple animation. A Zapper is required to play; the game does not use standard controller input for aiming.
