Gilligan’s Island – NES Game

Based on the television sitcom, this NES game puts you on the island with the castaways. You directly control the Skipper while Gilligan follows along behind you, and much of the challenge comes from managing his movement as you make your way through jungle, cave and beach areas. Screens are viewed from a side-on perspective, with hazards and enemies to avoid and items to locate and carry back to help the group with their latest scheme. Gilligan can be sent ahead or told to wait, since some obstacles need the two characters to cooperate. The game is split into episode-style chapters, each framed as its own short story with an objective to complete before moving on.
