Secret of Mana – SNES Game

Secret of Mana is an action role-playing game for the Super Nintendo. You control a young hero who pulls a rusted sword from a stone and is drawn into a quest involving the Mana Tree and the world’s fading magic, joined along the way by two companions. Combat happens in real time on the same maps where you explore, with a charging attack gauge and a ring-shaped menu system that lets you select items, weapons and spells without leaving the field. Weapons level up as you use them, and magic is cast by selecting a spirit and a target. Two additional players can take direct control of the party members, dropping in and out of a shared adventure. Overworld travel includes flight on a cannon and other vehicles.
